I had my 20 week" to dos" this week. I had my 20 week ultrasound and my fetal alpha screening otherwise known as AFP. Well, it's no surprise to anyone that I am an older person. And apparently when you jump from 39 to 40 it really messes with this test. I was given a fairly grave result on Monday Morning. A 1/65 chance of Downs Syndrome. I bawled and worried and prayed and cried some more and researched online and cried and starting preparing for the worst.
My ultrasound was scheduled for Friday morning at 9:00.

But, I am overjoyed to announce that our little boy passed every test with flying colors, proudly displayed his manhood in a very big way and made his mama and dada so happy.
Oh my gosh... these children are going to be the death of me

So glad your boy is healthy. I never took those tests. The doc told me they are sketchy. You family is so cute.
