President Holland said it best when he said.... "Surely the thing that God enjoys most about being God is the thrill of being merciful, especially to those that don't expect it and often feel they don't deserve it." I will add that he must get a thrill out of helping us make improvements to our lives when we didn't even know that improvements this great were possible, as well.
I hope He knows my gratitude for this blessing.

| Today was payroll on top of 36 new hires and all the accompanying paperwork on top of Open Enrollment for benefits on top of end of month reporting on top of end of week clean up on top of all of the responsibilities I have picked up due to not having an administrative assistant right now... What a mess |

| But........ I weathered the storm..... never mind the piles on the floor and on the desk in the background. I will take care of those things on Monday. |
It's November 2nd and I am thankful for my job.

We, too, are so happy and thankful that you were able to find such a great job, soooo fast. Because I know that so many people are losing their jobs and unable to find work, it truly is such a miracle for your family. I also am so thankful that Raleigh is loving his job too. He told me just this week how much he likes his job here and how happy he is to be here. The kids seem to be adjusting really good too, except for those who have a hard time being happy.
