This week was eventful, but uneventful at the same time.
I like those weeks.
Brayden's boss is Sylvia. And her daughter turned 15 yesterday. And so as per tradition in their culture, there is a Quincinera. And she recruited all of the boys at work to take part in the show as well as help with set up and take down. They have been practicing for 13 weeks. And last night was the night.
I wish he had cut his hair for the event. But he said his hair makes him dance better.
Hopefully this week... locks of love called, it's time.
Peyton had a little procedure this week. Our wonderful, Dr. Scott did it.
She is terrified of things like this. Like.... she won't even let us put a band aid on her.
We were so nervous that she was going to freak out. But she did really well.
Mostly because he is so great!! He bandaged her hand and told her it was a flower and he gave her
stickers and smarties.
She is healing up nicely.
This liitle guy.... is in trouble all the time.
His newest quirk is pushing this chair around to get up to
all of the goodies. Like knives, the faucet, the breakable glasses and all of our important papers
that we are trying to keep safe.
Oh and the dinner that is cooking on the stove with FIRE.
But, luckily I am able to overlook his shortcomings because he is left handed.
And that almost trumps anything
I signed the family up to clean the building 5 weeks ago thinking
November 16 would be a great day. Little did I know, it was the worst week of the entire year.
Morgan was the only kid with a clear hour.
And as it turned out, every other family that signed up forgot to show up.
So she and I did the job by ourselves and we sang and danced and worked our tails off.
And we ended up having a really fun time together
Quincey went to Sadies.
Here she is with her date, Dray.
Who she ONLY asked as a friend, even though he thought differently.
And she had to clear that up.... GEEZ!!
Woo Hoo!!
And like that, we have another one under our belts.

That is so nice that Brayden and the rest of the boys at his work help out with the big bday celebration. I also hope sweet Peyton heals up real fast!
I felt ur pain about cleaning the church building! When Brian was in the Elders quorum presidency I swear every other wk our family was cleaning the church because people didn't show up to do their assignment. But oh well....we got blessings:)
Quincey looks darling as usual!
Looks like a great wk!
Perfect week...no one got sick or hurt or died! I enjoyed the long phone conversation on Saturday, I think we should do that every week (so plan on me calling each Saturday morning, JK). Brayden's hair!!!! Sorry for Sweet Peyton but happy to know that she is such a trooper. Good job cleaning the church, such a bonding moment for you and Morgan. Q looks cute and so does her date, I hope they had a fun time. Here's wishing you another perfect week.
Oh gosh, I forgot to comment about Ryker!! That boy...I don't know about him. He can be just an angel baby and then Holy Cow, the next minute in so much trouble. I have learned that I need to watch him every minute.
