Morgan
Morgan is the newest member of the 8th Grade Saratoga Springs Cheer Squad. With a score of 96/100. There were 78 eighth grade applicants and only 18 girls were chosen. We are so excited for this new season and are expecting nothing less than a repeat sweep just like last year. But until November comes around it's practices, practices, games and practices and dedication and determination and discipline. What a great accomplishment. This year in order to get full points they had to do a round off back handspring and a standing back tuck along with 4 jumps and the cheer and the dance. YIKES!!
How cool is that?
Ryker
Ryker had his two month doctor's appointment on Wednesday. And he already weighs 9 pounds. I almost fell over. Kaleigh didn't weigh 9 pounds until she was 8 months old. And he rolls from his stomach to his back. At two months??? Raleigh is overjoyed because this means he is well on his way to athleticism.

Suzanne, can you believe he is already big enough to wear your outfit?
Today he looks like Kaleigh
But he is Raleigh's son for sure.

Raleigh
(is going to KILL me for posting this)
Raleigh and I work on Sunday mornings sometimes. And when we do, we leave at the same time, so we can drive along together in the dark. Well this particular Sunday, I happened to leave a little before him. And it was a treacherously snowy morning and the roads were covered in ice. I threw the Burb into 4 wheel drive and off I went. I had been at work for about an hour and I got a text from my lover that said
"did you make it safely?"
I said "I did. Did you?"
And he says....... "Well......."
I said "Well? What happened? Are you okay?"
He said "I'm fine, the car is fine... but...."

"The fence didn't survive"
Anyone want to guess how much an Eagle Mountain fence costs to repair?
It ain't cheap

I promise you it was really icy. And he was in the Maxima. And there isn't a scratch on the car. So he still continues to be the best driver I know. But I laugh my head off every time I drive by the wreckage. And now I have leverage in case I have a vehicular mishap.

Way to go Morgan! That is awesome. I can't wait to see her and have her do a back handspring for me.
I cannot believe how big little Ryker is... but HELLO, two of my kids were born bigger than that! I never got to experience the small, delicate babies. BTW Have I told you lately how much I LOVE Ryker's name. It is really just my very favorite.
That is too funny about Raleigh. That is one of those things that every time you drive by it, you just start laughing. I can't believe that the car had no damage. How lucky is that?
So darling he looks so big in that outfit.... We need to get together for a girls night again.... SOON!!!!
Congratulations to Morgan!! She is just the perfect cheerleader. I felt relaxed that she would make it again this year but I'm happy to know that she really did!! Ryker looks so much older than he did just last week. He's really changing almost everyday now. This is such a fun time. I think he's going to be a BIG boy! Hahaha...Raleigh! Sorry about this but you must admit, it's kinda funny! I'm just so glad that only this fence was damaged and not another car. Spring is coming...and not a minute too soon for you!
Good Job MORGAN! That is awesome. She definately is the Cheerleader type.
Ryker is so darling...he is growing into that LUND head! :)
Ok...Raleigh....that is so funny! I remember when I crashed into the side of the DI in provo...still to this day when I drive past the building I laugh out loud! Im glad everything else but the fence survived!
....you are so welcome about the text chat. You know I "get it"....unfortunately! I am always up for a little "trash talk" about stalkers, bar fighters and other crazy-ass people who just "don't get it"!
Love you...hang in there.
oh my gosh, kac... he is getting so big. i can't wait to see him. he looks just like the other two, as cute as can be.
and that is so great about Morgan. sometimes i wish i had had a daughter and then i think, daughters in law will be fine.
and just to make Raleigh feel better, Mike just destroyed my car in january when he HIT A DEER. it's not like you can go after a deer for damages especially when all four legs are sticking up in the air. we laughed hysterically for 3 days everytime we drove by the poor animal.
cute post!!--Nat
P.S. is your stalker back? where in the world does she get her nerve?
A BIG CONGRATS to Morgan! That is so awesome! That is such a HUGE accomplishment! I'm really proud of her.
Your little guy is too cute! He is seriously to die for. I just want to give him kisses!
Okay now for your big guy. I love it! I only love it because I have it a zillion things a motorcycle,a few garbage cans, a mail box, a cement mixer, etc. and what's even worse is that we live in the valley of the sun. There is NO ICE and/or snow on our roads. I'm sorry for Raleigh's mishap but at least the car was fine and more importantly Raleigh is fine!
