Our big kids got to go on a cruise to Mexico. And they've been to Island Park and Seven Peaks and they are working and earning tons of money and getting tan. I think it's enough for us to live vicariously through them. Oh well, there will be other summers.
I cannot believe how big he is getting. He is almost the same size as Kaleigh.
She is usually so adventurous, but she wasn't sure how she felt about water splashing on her
This girl on the other hand, we couldn't get her out of there.
Fourth of July was a LAZY day for us. The highlight was dinner at Red Robin. And we were all asleep by 10:00

I am not sure they noticed.... or cared.

I am glad we could be there for your highlight! It was definitely ours too. 4th of July used to be one of my favorite holidays...now it is too hot to even enjoy it. Besides...when are they going to "improve" fireworks??? It has been the same "show" for 36 years of my life? I dunno...just a thought.
It was fun to get to see you for a bit...I am praying it will be A lOT more soon.
Love you!
Well outside of our little trip up to your neck of the woods last month our summer has consisted of surgeries. SO yeah, were not real fun either. But were usually not. However, next summer is going to be the bomb! So until then I will just be boring and/or content:)
Ha! Most of our summers have been just like yours, playing at home and worn out parents! Strangely, those are some of our best memories, just playing in the backyard and being together at home. Your kids are darling and getting so big!
